Fiona Usher - Team Convenor 

Fiona Usher is convenor of the Northumbrian Industrial Mission (NIM) and co-ordinates a team of stipendiary and volunteer associate chaplains from the local communities of faith.

   Recruitment, induction and training of  associate chaplains has continued this year and we now have 30 associate chaplains operating in a variety of workplaces.

     An overview of where our chaplains operate

ASDA Chaplains - There are now 9 ASDA chaplains supported by NIM

Newcastle Airport -  A team of 6 chaplains operate at the airport

Fire Service Chaplains - 6 chaplains visit fire stations

MetroCentre - There are 2 chaplains at the MetroCentre

Other Chaplaincies include Port of Tyne Authority, Stagecoach, Tyne and Wear Metro, Newcastle City Centre and Quayside, Traidcraft, Call Centres in Doxford International Park, Pensions Service –Tyneview Park, Southwick Trading Estate, TRW Automative, Dalton Park, Westgate Road and Dryden Professional Centre.
